Patten Title’s Northwest Austin office, the first to open in Austin, hosts the Austin business development team as well as escrow closing Team J. The branch is located in Great Hills Plaza, just off of Great Hills Trail and has closing rooms for all realty title insurance transactions.
Mrs. Garcia is one of Patten’s most Senior Escrow Officers, with 20+ years of title experience. Her years of experience with everything from builder closings, large commercial deals and luxury properties, to complicated investor closings is a huge asset to our team. She is well versed on all the particulars of this industry and knows what is needed to keep things rolling smoothly. Josie is also bi-lingual and works with many of our Spanish speaking clients. She is a ray of sunshine in the closing room and truly loves her job.
